The practice began on Roosevelt Road in Wheaton, Illinois. As the firm grew in its first few years, it was relocated to the current offices on the corner of County Farm and Geneva Roads, in Winfield. During their 28 years together, Terry, Dave and their partners distinguished themselves as lawyers; advocating on behalf of their clients and serving the legal community as directors, general counsels and committee chairmen for state and local bar associations.

Through almost three decades, the attorneys and staff of Antoniolli, Cerny & Winthers, P.C., flourished under the exceptional leadership of its founding partners, protecting the interests of thousands of individuals in the Chicagoland area. On January 9, 2015, founding partner Terry Mullen lost a hard fought battle with cancer, but he is paid a daily tribute through the continuing commitment of all the attorneys at Antoniolli, Cerny & Winthers, P.C. to the energizing attitude and positive values he instilled in the law office.
